Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and improving HR operations across the organization. Daily tasks include administering employee benefits, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate personnel records, and supporting performance management processes. The role involves interpreting and applying HR policies, responding to employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Specialist collaborates with managers on employee relations matters, supports recruitment activities, and contributes to HR projects that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting day-to-day HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices, including application of labor and employment regulations.
- Experience administering Employee Benefits and providing clear guidance to team members on available programs.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting performance and development processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR management software and common office productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in employee relations, recruitment support, or organizational development is a plus.
