• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Experience in the Education/School sector will be preferred.
• Must have strong networking within the education and recruitment industry, with the ability to build talent pipelines through consultants, job portals, social media, professional groups, and personal networks.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS/ERP systems.
