Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Consultant. The Immigration Consultant will be responsible for handling immigration issues, providing visa consultation and assistance, and offering legal expertise in the field of global immigration. The consultant will also provide consulting services and guidance to clients regarding their immigration needs.

• Counsel clients on various immigration products and services over the phone, via email, and in person.
• Provide clients with updated and accurate information based on current immigration visa laws and policies.
• Identify sales prospects and engage with them to convert inquiries into sales.
• Regularly follow up on inquiries and new leads generated from daily activities to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads and inquiries into successful sales.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through phone calls and emails to keep them informed and engaged.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all client inquiries and leads to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track client interactions and sales progress.
• Adopt a can-do attitude towards achieving sales targets and overcoming challenges.
• Stay self-motivated and driven to exceed performance goals and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
• Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing client concerns promptly
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree any filed
