Role Overview

The Impact Manager (P2) is an entry-level growth and account support role designed to build future Impact Managers. This role focuses on learning aggregator operations, executing account-related tasks, understanding client growth levers, and supporting senior Impact Managers in driving brand performance.


The individual will work closely with the Impact Management team to gain hands-on exposure to restaurant growth strategies, platform operations, reporting, and campaign execution before independently managing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform & Menu Management


  • Execute menu updates across aggregator platforms.
  • Coordinate menu additions, deletions, and modifications.
  • Ensure menu accuracy, pricing, and content updates.
  • Monitor platform listings and report discrepancies.



2. Operational Support


  • Assist senior Impact Managers in daily account operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for task execution.
  • Track pending requests and ensure timely closure.
  • Maintain account hygiene across platforms.



3. Data & Reporting Support


  • Collect and organise performance data.
  • Prepare basic reports and dashboards.
  • Track campaign performance and operational metrics.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and escalate when required.



4. Learning & Development


  • Understand how restaurant brands grow on aggregator platforms.
  • Learn investment planning, marketing concepts, and platform dynamics.
  • Participate in internal training sessions and review meetings.
  • Shadow client discussions and strategy meetings to understand account management.



5. Cross-Functional Coordination


  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Design, and Tech teams.
  • Follow up on execution-related tasks.
  • Ensure assigned deliverables are completed within timelines.



Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good analytical thinking.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership.
  • Experience in e-commerce, food-tech, or aggregator platforms.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing.
  • Data handling and reporting skills.



Growth Path 📈

Impact Manager (P2) → Impact Manager → Senior Impact Manager


Based on performance, business understanding, ownership, and ability to independently manage accounts, the individual may be considered for progression into the Impact Manager role.
