About the Company
We are a technology team supporting utility-sector businesses with practical systems, data, and operational capabilities that improve how complex services are delivered. Our work sits at the intersection of enterprise technology, analytics, and business processes, where reliability, accuracy, and scalable execution matter. We value thoughtful problem-solving, strong collaboration across technical and domain teams, and solutions that perform consistently in real operating environments. This opportunity sits within a team focused on modernizing pricing and decisioning capabilities, strengthening integration across enterprise platforms, and applying disciplined engineering standards to business-critical workflows. The environment suits professionals who enjoy combining technical depth with stakeholder partnership, translating complex requirements into dependable solutions, and contributing to systems that support better decisions, governance, and long-term operational performance.
About the Role
As an Earnix Developer / Implementation Expert, you will own the technical delivery and production reliability of Earnix-based pricing and decisioning solutions. Working onsite in Gurugram, you will translate actuarial, data, and business requirements into scalable configurations, integrations, and deployment patterns across the pricing lifecycle. The role spans data ingestion, model deployment, system connectivity, testing, monitoring, and issue resolution, with direct influence on accuracy, speed, and operational confidence. You will partner with solution architects, system engineers, actuarial teams, and technology stakeholders to strengthen enterprise pricing capabilities and manage complex implementation challenges. Competitive compensation is offered for a senior professional who can combine Earnix expertise, engineering judgment, and insurance-domain understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Earnix configuration, customization, and implementation across enterprise pricing workflows, ensuring solutions translate business and actuarial requirements into reliable production capabilities.
- Design and strengthen integrations with policy administration systems, data warehouses, APIs, and downstream platforms, improving data movement, decision consistency, and end-to-end pricing performance.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Earnix pricing models and decisioning systems, enabling accurate rating logic, effective risk segmentation, and dependable underwriting outcomes.
- Lead technical collaboration with actuarial, data, solution architecture, and engineering teams, resolving design dependencies early and accelerating high-quality implementation delivery.
- Optimize production performance, scalability, monitoring, and reliability for Earnix solutions, reducing operational risk and improving confidence in business-critical pricing applications.
- Own testing, validation, deployment, and troubleshooting for pricing applications, ensuring releases meet functional, technical, regulatory, and quality expectations.
- Establish documentation, governance, and implementation best practices for pricing systems and actuarial processes, creating repeatable standards that improve maintainability and control.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- Advanced Earnix expertise across configuration, pricing model development, customization, deployment, and production support, with the ability to convert complex rating requirements into robust implementations.
- Strong Python development and large-scale data handling skills, including practical experience preparing, transforming, validating, and analyzing datasets used by pricing and decisioning systems.
- Proven experience designing APIs, enterprise integrations, and microservices, with an understanding of dependable interfaces between pricing platforms and upstream or downstream applications.
- Working knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, data modeling, and warehouse connectivity, enabling accurate ingestion and traceable movement of pricing and policy data.
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance pricing, underwriting processes, actuarial modeling, rating algorithms, and risk segmentation, connecting technical delivery with commercial and regulatory outcomes.
- Experience with testing, model validation, deployment automation, monitoring, and production troubleshooting for business-critical applications operating under quality, accuracy, and reliability expectations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable technology architectures, supporting modernization, performance optimization, and resilient operation of enterprise pricing environments.
Additional Plus
- Experience delivering Earnix implementation projects across multiple insurance lines or complex enterprise environments, with evidence of managing scope, dependencies, and production adoption.
- Exposure to cloud-native services, containerized deployments, observability tooling, or CI/CD practices that improve the speed, consistency, and resilience of pricing solution releases.
- Familiarity with insurance pricing regulations, governance frameworks, audit requirements, and compliance controls that strengthen transparency and accountability in rating decisions.
What You'll Bring
- Eight to fifteen years of experience across insurance technology, pricing platforms, software implementation, or related enterprise systems, including substantial ownership of complex delivery and production outcomes.
- Demonstrated Earnix implementation expertise, with the judgment to balance configuration, customization, integration, performance, maintainability, and business requirements across the pricing lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, combining technical investigation with insurance-domain understanding to resolve ambiguous issues and improve pricing system accuracy and reliability.
- Clear communication and stakeholder-management skills, enabling effective collaboration with actuaries, engineers, architects, data teams, and business partners in high-accountability delivery environments.
