Industrial Engineer

Role Description This is a off site Industrial Engineer role based in Mysore. The Industrial Engineer will analyze production processes, workflows, and layouts to improve efficiency, quality, and safety across manufacturing operations. Daily responsibilities include collecting and interpreting data, designing and optimizing assembly lines, implementing lean and autonomation principles, and collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams. The role also involves developing standard operating procedures, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that process changes are practical, sustainable, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Industrial Engineering.
• Candidates should possess Manufacturing Engineering knowledge and experience in Process Improvement methodologies.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and documentation.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with lean manufacturing, autonomation/jidoka concepts, and efficiency optimization in factory environments.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with data analysis tools, process mapping software
• Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site, prioritize multiple projects, and contribute to a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
