Industrial Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with 3 - 6 years of work experience as Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering.
• Feasibility study for the new project (Cost Analysis & manufacturing feasibility).
• Product folder for new /relocated articles.
• New Projects Implementation and relocation.
• Hand on experience in Line setup, machine installation & commissioning, Cycle time study, Takt time study.
• Line Balancing/ Lean Manufacturing
• Create Change request for replacement metal tool, relocation & parallel production & also check the effect of change.
• Lean Activities including Poka-Yoke.
• Process optimization & Improvement (CIP & PDCA).
• PFMEA, PPAP & Monitoring Product Life Cycle.
• Implement Pre-Series Production.
• Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
• Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.

Required Skills:

• Good Knowledge of assembly Process.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Documentation and organization skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and 3D software
• Willing to relocate
• Working with ERP (BAAN/SAP/ORACLE).

Salary Budget: INR 5.00 - 7.00 LPA
