We are looking for a highly driven professional from the industrial infrastructure ecosystem who understands warehousing, logistics parks, factories, EPC projects, and industrial procurement.
This role is NOT for a conventional salesperson.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Build deep industry relationships
- Identify projects early
- Open strategic accounts
- Drive large procurement opportunities
- Position Indosup as a long-term industrial procurement partner

- Identify upcoming warehouse, industrial, and logistics park projects across India
- Track new industrial developments, expansion projects, and EPC opportunities
- Build project intelligence before procurement stages begin
- Develop relationships with:
- Warehouse Developers
- Industrial Park Developers
- EPC Contractors
- PMCs
- Architects & Consultants
- Procurement Heads
- Factory Owners
- Industrial Corporates
- Generate procurement opportunities across multiple categories under Indosup
- Manage key industrial and warehousing accounts
- Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Create account growth plans for strategic clients
- Understand complete project requirements
- Coordinate internally with sourcing and technical teams
- Position Indosup as a single-window procurement solution
- Travel extensively across industrial clusters and warehousing hubs
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions
- Represent Indosup in industrial events and networking opportunities
Experience
- 5–15 years experience in industrial/warehouse/infrastructure sales
- Strong exposure to B2B industrial projects
- Existing network in warehousing or industrial infrastructure ecosystem preferred
- Strong relationship-building capability
- Understanding of industrial procurement cycles
- Knowledge of BOQs and project execution
- Ability to engage with CXOs, procurement heads, and project teams
- High ownership mindset
- Commercial understanding and negotiation capability
- Comfortable with Pan-India travel
- Bringing early-stage project intelligence
- Opening large industrial and warehousing accounts
- Driving repeat procurement business
- Building a strong warehousing & industrial network for Indosup
- Helping establish Indosup as a leading industrial procurement brand
