Job Summary:
Hilary Rhoda is seeking a Influencer Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing innovative influencer marketing strategies that align with Hilary Rhoda's brand objectives. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to identify, engage, and manage a diverse pool of influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with overall brand objectives.
- Identify and prioritize key influencer marketing goals and KPIs.
- Develop a detailed influencer marketing calendar, outlining campaign timelines, deliverables, and budget allocations.
Influencer Identification and Management:
- Identify and curate a diverse pool of macro, micro, and nano influencers who align with the brand's target audience, values, and aesthetic.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring timely communication and collaboration.
- Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Monitor influencer performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Content Creation and Campaign Execution:
- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with the target audience.
- Oversee the production and distribution of influencer-generated content across various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Etc.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Utilize relevant analytical tools to gain insights into campaign effectiveness.
- Share insights from competitive analysis to inform future strategies.
Budget Management:
- Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and a positive return on investment.
- Monitor and track campaign expenses, including influencer fees, production costs, and platform fees.
- Ensure timely payments to all third-party vendors.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports detailing campaign performance, key metrics, and insights.
- Analyze UTR links and calculate CPV to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Share actionable insights with the marketing team to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Experience in budget management and financial planning.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
