We're looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our team and work on client-facing engagements.

📍 Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad (Preferred)

💼 Experience: 3–8 Years

🧑 💼 Role: Individual Contributor (IC) + Client-Facing

🕒 Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

🏢 Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (initially for the first few weeks)

🎥 Interview Process: Virtual

Must-Have Skills

✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills with prior experience working with US-based clients

✅ Expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and asking clarifying questions to elicit detailed business requirements

✅ Ability to write clear user stories and functional requirements

✅ Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

✅ Experience collaborating with both Business and Technology teams to define technology solutions

✅ Hands-on experience with SQL, Postman, and participation in UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

✅ Exposure to AI tools and their practical usage in business analysis

Good-to-Have Skills

• Financial Services domain experience
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
