Role Description The Information Technology Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bikaner. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT services domain, with a focus on custom software, web, and mobile application development. Daily activities include researching potential clients, conducting discovery meetings, preparing proposals, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing. The role also involves maintaining long-term relationships with existing accounts, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with technical teams to align solutions with business goals. The manager will track market trends, represent DCS Technosis at industry events or client meetings, and contribute to revenue growth targets through structured business development initiatives.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Business Development skills for prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity management.
- Candidates should possess solid Information Technology knowledge to understand software solutions, services, and technical requirements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client engagement, presentations, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to nurture client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in B2B IT sales, familiarity with custom software and ERP solutions, and comfort working with CRM tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field, along with prior experience in IT business development or sales, is preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and time management abilities, with a results-oriented approach and willingness to work on-site in Bikaner.
