This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Recruiter at MCB Electro Controls, located in Delhi, India. The IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, sourcing and assessing technical talent. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, utilizing various recruitment tools, and ensuring timely fulfillment of IT recruitment needs. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying and attracting qualified candidates to meet organizational objectives.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting
• Experience with hiring strategies and sourcing methods to attract top talent
• Strong skills in candidate evaluation and conducting a structured recruitment process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the electrical/IT manufacturing domain is a plus
