Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize service management systems to ensure seamless operations and high availability.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Service Registry and Service Desk Asset Services.
- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Service Now to resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and customize scripts using JavaScript Programming to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate service management solutions with other IT systems.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices in service management and asset services.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all service management processes and configurations.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of service management tools.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans for IT infrastructure and service management.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure optimal performance and support for service management systems.
- Possess a strong background in Service Registry Service Desk Asset Services and Service Now.
- Demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript Programming for customizing and automating IT processes.
- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT service management and operations.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.
- Display a commitment to delivering high-quality service management solutions.
- Show a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
