Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Insurance Analyst, based on-site at our Dehradun office. The position involves assisting clients on solutions aligned with their financial goals. The role requires strong relationship management skills, an understanding of client needs, and the ability to provide thoughtful, long-term financial protection strategies within a wealth management framework. Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating insurance data and identifying trends
• Effective Communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
• Knowledge of Insurance and related processes to facilitate accurate analysis
• Basic understanding of Finance to support decision-making in various scenarios
• Customer Service proficiency to address inquiries and maintain strong client relationships
• Enthusiasm for learning and initiative-taking in a dynamic environment
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a program in finance, business, or a related field
• Familiarity with industry compliance standards is an added advantage
