Intelligent Systems Engineer

Your IT Department(YITD) is building a systemised, AI‑driven operational engine, internally and for our clients. We’re looking for someone who can design, build, and integrate intelligent systems that actually run a business.

This is not a support role. This is not a ticket‑based role. This is a systems engineering + AI architecture role.

You will operate at the intersection of:

• Systems engineering
• AI and automation
• Workflow architecture
• Operational improvement

Your work will directly shape how YITD scales, operates, and delivers value.

• Zoho Flow (internal automation)
• Zoho Creator (internal systems & apps)
• API integrations across internal + client platforms

What You’ll Do

• Build intelligent, production‑ready systems across Microsoft 365, AI agents, and APIs
• Design structured workflows combining automation, AI, integrations, and human approvals
• Build Copilot and CoWork agents
• Use Claude/OpenAI for reasoning, documentation, structured outputs, and long‑context workflows
• Build internal systems using Zoho Flow + Zoho Creator
• Convert manual processes into scalable, documented systems
• Analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design automation to eliminate them
• Establish internal standards for system design, documentation, and governance
• Support presales and solution design for client AI opportunities

What We’re Looking For

You might be:

• A systems engineer who builds automation
• A developer who moved into workflows and integrations
• An operations person who became technical
• Someone already building AI workflows in real environments

You should be able to:

• Build automation that improves real business processes
• Integrate systems via APIs, workflows, or low‑code tools
• Translate vague problems into working solutions
• Learn new tools quickly
• Work independently without step‑by‑step instructions

Proof of Capability (Required)

You must be able to show:

• Automation workflows you’ve built
• Systems you’ve designed or improved
• AI applied to real business processes
• Measurable improvements delivered

If you can’t show real work, this role isn’t the right fit.
