Your role at a glance:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing aesthetically appealing and functional coworking spaces while maintaining brand standards, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities you would handle:

• Develop innovative interior concepts for coworking spaces, private cabins, meeting rooms, cafeterias, and common areas.
• Prepare space planning layouts, 2D drawings, 3D renders, and presentation decks.
• Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits and supervise work progress to ensure design quality and timely completion.
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, color schemes, and décor elements as per project requirements.
• Ensure optimum space utilization while maintaining aesthetics and functionality.
• Work closely with management and operations teams to understand business and client requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest workspace and interior design trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial interiors/coworking/workspace projects preferred.
• Excellent communication, vendor coordination abilities and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine passion for designing functional yet inspiring work environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office. 3ds Max, V-Ray, or related software.
• Strong understanding of commercial/coworking space design.
• Excellent creativity, visualisation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of materials, furniture, finishes, and execution processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Employment:

·        Mode of working: Work from Office

·        Working Days: 6 Days a week (Alternate Saturdays Off)

·        Shift Time: 10:00 am to 07:00 am (Total 9 Hours Mandatory)
