Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Gurugram. The Interior Designer will be responsible for concept development, space planning, and preparation of interior layouts and detailed drawings for commercial and residential projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with architects and engineers, selecting materials and finishes, planning furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and ensuring designs align with client requirements and project budgets. The role involves visiting project sites, supervising design implementation, and collaborating with project managers and vendors to maintain quality and timelines. The Interior Designer will also prepare presentations, 2D/3D design proposals, and support BOQ and cost estimation activities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetic layouts.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings for coordination with structural, civil, and MEP teams.
• Candidates should possess FF&E planning skills, including selection of furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and finishes aligned with project standards.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering tools) and MS Office is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant industry experience in commercial and residential projects.
• Strong communication, client-handling, and coordination skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, understanding of local building codes and safety standards, and willingness to work on-site at project locations in Gurugram.
