Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Post Designer to develop engaging visual content for our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) business. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of MEP concepts and Strong English communication and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets are required. Experience in luxury interiors is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing layouts, drawings, and detailed designs for interior fit-out projects.
2. Review interior design drawings and ensure Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services are integrated without conflicts. 
3. Proficient in AutoCAD for detailed designs creation.
4. Fluent in English for effective communication and client interaction.
5. Competent in using Excel and Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and tracking progress.
6. Strong understanding of the luxury interiors industry, particularly in the context of residential and commercial spaces is preferred.
7. Creative problem-solving skills to address design challenges and provide effective solutions.

Key Requirements:

• 3–8 years of experience in MEP design, preferably in interior fit-out or turnkey projects. 
• Responsible for end-to-end designing needs, overseeing all aspects of the design process, from initial concepts to final execution.
• Collaborate closely with the salesperson and clients, providing designs for customer sites based on the requirements specific to SUNROOOF.
• Analyze site technicalities, ensuring the design is tailored to fit the client’s needs and SUNROOOF’s standards.
• Engage directly with customers to discuss design requirements, technical aspects, and address any potential challenges.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding design progress, order status, and any issues encountered during the process.
• Coordinate with the installation team in the factory to send approved designs for production, ensuring they align with SUNROOOF’s offerings.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the installation team to track order status and ensure timely delivery to clients.
