Role Description The International Travel Consultant is a full-time role based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The consultant will advise clients on international destinations, create customized itineraries, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing travel recommendations, preparing quotations, and processing reservations using travel booking tools and systems. The role involves coordinating changes or cancellations, ensuring documentation and visa requirements are communicated, and delivering responsive customer service before, during, and after travel. The consultant will also stay updated on travel advisories, airline policies, and destination-specific information to provide accurate guidance and support.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and oversee comprehensive international itineraries.
• Experience managing Travel Arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and transfers.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to support travelers with inquiries, problem resolution, and trip modifications.
• Hands-on experience with Reservations systems and booking platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex travel details clearly.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for handling multiple bookings and deadlines.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with colleagues both onsite in Noida and remotely.
• Prior experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or related industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of international travel regulations, visas, and documentation requirements is an advantage.
