About The Role.

Due to our strong growth and increasing demand within petrochemical, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors, we aim to structurally strengthen our inflow of technical profiles. Therefore, we are not looking for a “classic recruiter,” but someone who takes ownership and truly wants to make an impact.

What will you do?

As an internal recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process and actively contribute to the growth of FMA SERVICES.

• Actively search for and attract technical profiles, ranging from technicians and planners to supervisors and engineers, within piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines
• Proactively source scarce profiles and build a strong talent pipeline
• Conduct high-quality screenings (technical + personal)
• Advise management on candidates and market realities
• Build a strong network within the sector
• Structure and optimize the recruitment process
• Contribute to capacity planning and growth
  
  

This is not an administrative role; you make the difference in talent inflow and projects.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in technical recruitment (must-have)
• Knowledge of or connection with petrochemical / chemical / pharma
• Experience with profiles from technician to engineer level
• Strong in sourcing and networking
