Devastram is India's premium devotional lifestyle brand, creating luxury dresses and accessories for Laddu Gopal Ji, Mata Rani, Radha Krishna Ji, and other deities. We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Intern who enjoys organizing products, maintaining inventory, and ensuring everything is execution-ready.

Key Responsibilities

📦 Inventory Management

• Perform daily stock opening and closing.
• Count and reconcile physical inventory with records.
• Organize products neatly in racks by category and size.
• Report low-stock and damaged items.
  
  

📊 Stock Entry & Tally

• Update inventory in Excel/Tally.
• Maintain inward and outward stock records.
• Verify vendor deliveries against purchase orders.
• Ensure inventory accuracy at all times.
  
  

📸 Product Photoshoot Coordination

• Arrange products for photoshoots.
• Steam, style, and prepare dresses before photography.
• Coordinate with the product listing team by sharing images and product details.
• Maintain proper naming and organization of image folders.
  
  

🎁 Packaging & Box Preparation

• Assemble premium packaging boxes.
• Label and number boxes according to SKU and size.
• Organize packaging materials and ensure adequate stock.
• Maintain neat and premium presentation standards.
  
  

🏷️ Product Organization

• Tag and number new inventory.
• Arrange products according to SKU, deity, size, and collection.
• Ensure products are easy to locate during order processing.
  
  

✅ Quality Check

• Inspect products for defects, stitching issues, stains, or missing accessories.
• Report discrepancies before products are stocked.
• Maintain Devastram's Triple Quality Check standards.
  
  

🤝 Vendor Coordination

• Receive inventory from vendors.
• Count, verify, and record received quantities.
• Follow up on shortages or quality issues.
  
  

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of inventory management
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable handling physical products
• Responsible and disciplined
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude
