We are building one of Asia’s leading M&A and private capital platforms for SMEs and mid-market companies. Combining technology, AI-powered matching and experienced deal professionals, we help business owners, strategic buyers and investors achieve better transaction outcomes across the region.

As transaction volumes continue to grow, we are expanding our execution hub and are looking for ambitious analysts to join our team.

Why Join Us

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to live M&A and capital raising transactions across Asia. Unlike many larger institutions, our analysts work directly with senior deal professionals, founders, investors and buyers, gaining meaningful transaction experience from an early stage.

The Role

The Analyst will support the broader deal team in executing live transactions, onboarding sellers, identifying potential buyers and investors, and maintaining transaction momentum.

Buyer & Investor Research

  • Identify potential strategic buyers and investors
  • Conduct market research and buyer mapping exercises

Requirements

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services, audit, consulting, or related fields.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. (CFA/CPA is a plus).

Hard Skills: Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with PitchBook, Capital IQ, or similar databases is advantageous.

Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Mindset: Strong work ethic, high ownership, and an interest in how technology and Al can optimize traditional M&A processes.

Career Progression

The role offers a clear progression path into Associate, Vice President and broader transaction leadership positions. High-performing analysts will receive exposure to live deals, client interactions and transaction management responsibilities.
