Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site IT Admin role based in Vadodara. The IT Admin will manage day-to-day system and network administration tasks, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and network devices. Responsibilities include providing timely technical support to team members, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. The role also involves implementing and maintaining security measures, backups, and patch management to ensure system integrity and business continuity. The IT Admin will document procedures, maintain asset inventories, coordinate with vendors, and collaborate with global teams to support a stable and efficient IT environment.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Technology and overall IT infrastructure management.
  • Candidates should possess skills in System Administration, including OS installation, configuration, updates, and user management.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and basic network security.
  • Candidates should possess hands-on Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365) and basic virtualization concepts is beneficial.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to support colleagues at different technical levels.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSA, or similar credentials are an advantage.
