Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Engineer role based in Kota. The IT Engineer will install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, networks, and related hardware and software used in both office and production environments. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, managing user accounts, performing regular backups, and ensuring data security and access control. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, coordinating with external vendors when needed, and documenting all configurations and changes. The IT Engineer will also support ERP and other business applications, assist in implementing new IT solutions, and provide day-to-day technical support and training to team members.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and basic scripting or automation tools.
• Experience with network administration, including LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Ability to install, configure, and support business applications, databases, and productivity tools (e.g., Office suites, ERP/CRM systems).
• Proven troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills, with a focus on root-cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in an industrial/manufacturing environment and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as engineering and production.
• Effective communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and readiness to support critical systems outside regular hours when needed.
• Familiarity with backup solutions, IT asset management, and basic cloud or virtualization technologies is an advantage.
