About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring for Tech roles in the Healthcare/Life Sciences domains across India. The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management capabilities, strong LinkedIn networking expertise, and proven experience in sourcing niche technology talent for enterprise clients.
This role demands an individual who is proactive, target-driven, and capable of managing end-to-end recruitment independently while maintaining high-quality candidate experience and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment for Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Pharma clients across India.
- Understand technical requirements thoroughly and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Job portals
- Internal databases
- Social media platforms
- Employee referrals
- Professional networking communities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for niche and critical skill requirements.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical fit, communication skills, cultural alignment, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer discussions, and candidate closures effectively.
- Ensure excellent candidate engagement and continuous follow-up throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and closure timelines.
- Maintain recruitment data, candidate records, and status updates in ATS/tools.
- Stay updated with market trends, hiring practices, and talent availability within Healthcare, Pharma, and Life Sciences domains.
Required Skills & Expertise
Mandatory Skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Expertise in sourcing for technical roles across varied technology stacks.
- Strong LinkedIn networking and talent mapping capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with product-based or healthcare-focused clients.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Strong market intelligence and passive candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to independently drive closures for niche and senior-level positions.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
