Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter with 1+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions (Software Engineers, Developers, System Admins, Data Scientists, etc.).
Engage with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals to find the best talent.
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients, providing excellent customer service.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better understand the skills required for various IT roles.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud computing, data science, networking, etc.).
Experience using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
