Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter with 1+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions (Software Engineers, Developers, System Admins, Data Scientists, etc.).
  • Engage with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals to find the best talent.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better understand the skills required for various IT roles.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud computing, data science, networking, etc.).
  • Experience using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
