Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management—from onboarding to exit—including documentation, compliance, and system updates across HRIS platforms.
  • Partner with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment workflows: sourcing, scheduling, interview logistics, offer management, and candidate experience enhancement.
  • Administer and maintain payroll inputs, leave tracking, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.) in alignment with local labor laws and company policy.
  • Manage employee queries on policies, benefits, and HR processes via MS Teams, Slack, or internal portals—ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic resolution.
  • Support culture & engagement initiatives: organize town halls, wellness programs, recognition campaigns, and on-ground employee events to boost morale and retention.
  • Generate HR Analytics dashboards (attrition, engagement, time-to-hire) and recommend process improvements using data insights to leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • HRIS (BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar)
  • Payroll Processing (Keka, GreytHR, or similar)
  • Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Labor Law)
  • ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Employee Engagement Platforms (CultureMonkey, Leena AI, etc.)
  • HR Analytics & Reporting
  • Recruitment Coordination

Preferred

  • Experience with HR Automation Tools (Zapier, Make.com integrations)
  • Familiarity with DEI frameworks or ERG coordination
  • Basic knowledge of OKRs/KPIs for HR function tracking
