We are seeking a highly motivated IT Sourcing Manager to lead and mentor a team of Sourcing Specialists supporting our US IT Staffing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and extensive experience sourcing top IT talent across a wide range of technologies. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive sourcing excellence, develop talent pipelines, and partner closely with recruiters and account managers to deliver quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT Sourcing Specialists.
  • Drive sourcing strategies for technical and niche IT positions across the US market.
  • Provide technical guidance to the team on IT skills, technologies, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, Boolean and X-Ray searches, and other sourcing channels.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Monitor team performance, sourcing metrics, and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry hiring trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in US IT Staffing, with at least 2 3 years in a sourcing leadership or management role.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and source across technologies such as Cloud, Software Development, Data Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, QA Automation, and ERP.
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing sourcing teams.
  • Expert knowledge of sourcing methodologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray search, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Fortune 500 clients and MSP/VMS environments.
  • Exposure to ATS platforms such as Ceipal, Bullhorn, or JobDiva.
  • Technical certifications or cloud certifications are an added advantage.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
