Position Title: IT Systems Administrator role

Experience Level: 4-6 Years

Full Time

Notice Period: Immediate to 1 Month

Location: Trivendram, Kerala

Budget - 9 L PA

Professional Experience

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration or internal IT support
• Strong proficiency with macOS and iOS device management (laptops, iPhones, iPads); experience with MDM, encryption, and routine Mac maintenance is highly preferred
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems, email platforms, and server/network fundamentals (DNS, VPN, firewalls, SSL, web/email hosting)
• Demonstrated ability to manage SaaS tools, handle license renewals, and support end users across departments
• Experience supporting international teams, especially in North America, and familiarity with IT frameworks like ITIL
