Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience in React Js AWS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and mySQL .. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions using React Js AWS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and mySQL to meet business requirements and enhance system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize software applications that align with the Cards and Payments domain standards and regulations.
Provide technical expertise in analyzing user requirements translating them into technical specifications and delivering solutions that address complex business challenges.
Ensure the security reliability and scalability of software systems by implementing best practices and adhering to industry standards.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to identify and resolve issues ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality consistency and adherence to established coding guidelines.
Optimize database performance and manage data integrity using SQL and mySQL ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval processes.
Utilize AWS services to deploy manage and monitor applications in a cloud environment ensuring high availability and scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in software development particularly in the Cards and Payments domain to continuously improve processes and solutions.
Document technical designs processes and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain comprehensive project records.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office collaboration to ensure productivity and effective communication. Qualifications
Demonstrate strong proficiency in React Js AWS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and mySQL showcasing hands-on experience in developing robust software solutions.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the Cards and Payments domain including industry standards compliance requirements and best practices.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges to deliver effective solutions.
Showcase strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
Demonstrate experience in optimizing database performance and managing data integrity using SQL and mySQL.
