Job Description

Role Details:

• Primary focus on backend development with minor support on frontend tasks
• Project involves building a new ERP system based on a microservices architecture
• Participate in system design and architectural decisions for microservices components
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
  
  

Technical Skills Required:

• Java 17, Spring Boot
• PostgreSQL
• Cloud deployment exposure (GCP)
• Basic frontend knowledge (JavaScript, Angular)
• RESTful API design and development
• Database optimization and performance tuning
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java 17 and Spring Boot framework
• Design and implement scalable microservices components for the ERP platform
• Optimize database queries and manage PostgreSQL performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and DevOps engineers
• Participate in deployment and CI/CD pipeline management on GCP
• Document APIs and technical specifications for team reference
  
  

Preferred Experience:

• ERP development experience
• Exposure to mobile application development
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  
  

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of working experience in Java
• Preferred experience in Java 17
