Role: Java Trainer

Experience: 5 – 15 Years

Location: MADURAI

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training sessions on Java (Java 17) and related technologies
• Design and develop training materials, assignments, and assessments
• Train freshers and lateral hires on full-stack technologies
• Provide hands-on training on real-time project scenarios
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Java 17
• Hands-on experience with:
• Spring Framework
• AngularJS / React.js
• Oracle Database
• Good understanding of full-stack development concepts
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Prior experience in training/mentoring is highly preferred

Required Skills

• Experience in corporate training or academic training environments
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
• Exposure to modern development practices and tools
