The Role

We’re looking for a Node.js Developer who can design, build, and scale backend systems that power our internal platforms and client-facing solutions. You’ll work closely with consultants, product teams, and designers in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure performance and reliability
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and consultants
• Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and best practices
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
• Participate in architecture decisions and system design

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of experience in backend development with strong Node.js expertise
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern backend frameworks
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar
• Understanding of API design, authentication, and cloud services
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and scalable systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a startup setup

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Background in building analytics or data-driven applications
