Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Job Placement Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The Job Placement Specialist will coordinate with learners to understand their career goals, guide them through job search strategies, and connect them with suitable opportunities in relevant industries. Responsibilities include maintaining employer relationships, sourcing and posting job openings, screening profiles, and scheduling interviews in collaboration with the dedicated HR team. The role involves conducting mock interviews, offering feedback on CVs and resumes, and tracking placement outcomes to improve processes and employer partnerships. The Job Placement Specialist will also collaborate closely with trainers and mentors to align student skills with current market requirements and support continuous improvement in placement services.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners, employers, and internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Recruiting practices to support compliant and effective placement activities.
  • Candidates should possess Job Search expertise, including familiarity with job portals, networking strategies, and industry hiring trends.
  • Candidates should possess relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to maintain and expand employer partnerships.
  • Relevant experience in placement coordination, talent acquisition, or career services in the education or training sector is highly beneficial.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously are important.
  • Comfort with using digital tools, CRM or HR systems, and online communication platforms to manage placement activities is advantageous.
