Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at an Anytime Fitness center in Delhi, India. The role involves managing daily gym operations, supporting members with their fitness journeys, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities may include guiding members on equipment usage, assisting with memberships and renewals, handling front-desk inquiries, and coordinating with the team to deliver consistent service standards. The role also includes promoting fitness programs and events, ensuring adherence to company policies, and contributing to member engagement and retention efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in health, fitness, and wellness, with the ability to support and motivate members toward their goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to service.
- Basic administrative and organizational abilities, including handling member records, schedules, and front-desk processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, in a full-time capacity and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Prior experience in fitness centers, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage; certification in fitness training or related fields is beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in sports management, fitness, business, or related disciplines is preferred.
