Who are we looking for?

Designation : Jr. Project Manager (UI / UX)

Experience Range : 2+ years

What is the work?

Manage day-to-day operations of the team.
Monitor task allocation and ensure optimal utilization of UI/UX designers and frontend developers.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Conduct regular follow-ups with team members to ensure work progresses as planned.
Identify bottlenecks, delays, or resource constraints and escalate when required.
Coordinate between design and development teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
Maintain project plans, status reports, and execution dashboards.
Participate in daily team discussions and review ongoing work.
Ensure estimates, timelines, and resource allocation are reasonable and aligned with project requirements.
Work closely with leadership to provide visibility into project progress and team performance.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

2–5 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, Operations, or similar coordination roles.
Basic understanding of software development processes and UIUX projects.
Ability to understand the difference between UI/UX design work and frontend development work.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution capabilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
