Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial records, financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports.
• Perform accounting activities including journal entries, bank reconciliations, GST compliance, and general ledger maintenance.
• Assist with payroll processing, tax planning, and financial analysis.
• Resolve review points and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and deliver high-quality service.
• Collaborate with team members while adhering to company policies and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good typing speed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Knowledge

Exposure to Australian Accounting and Taxation will be an added advantage, including familiarity with:

• Xero
• MYOB
• QuickBooks
• BAS
• PAYG
• Australian Tax Office (ATO) processes
