Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Gurugram. In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliation activities. If you have a strong foundation in Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and financial record management and you take pride in accuracy and ownership this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting transactions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger entries in Tally Prime.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update financial records, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data and cash flow records.
  • Process vendor payments, customer receipts, and online/offline fund transfers.
  • Generate and verify invoices, e-Invoices, and e-Way Bills as per statutory requirements.
  • Handle GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation with GSTR-2B, and RCM accounting.
  • Calculate, deduct, deposit, and reconcile TDS; assist in filing returns and matching with Form 26AS.
  • Support PF and ESIC compliance activities and maintain employee-related statutory records.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and audit preparations.
  • Prepare MIS reports, expense analysis, and management reports using Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for accounting and compliance matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, e-Invoicing, and e-Way Bills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred

  • Experience with Compu Tax, Genius, SAP, Zoho Books, or similar ERP/tax compliance platforms is an added advantage.
