Junior Architect

Designers are actively involved in client interactions, vendor coordination, site visits, and project execution, providing valuable hands-on experience. We are seeking a Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in all phases of architectural projects, from concept development to construction documentation. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced designers, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to exciting design projects.

• Assist in the development and refinement of architectural concepts.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and construction documentation.
• Research materials, building codes, and relevant regulations.
• Support project coordination and communicate with consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and project reviews as required.
• Assist in preparing presentations, visualizations, and project documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D).
• Experience with Rhino.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max.
• Knowledge of SketchUp with V-Ray or Enscape (or other rendering software).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
