Job Description

1. :Commercial proposal indicating the monthly deployment cost, including the resource remuneration, agency/service charges, statutory contributions, GST, and any other applicable charges, along with a detailed cost break-up
2. .Terms and conditions governing the deployment of the resource
3. .Replacement policy in the event of resignation, absenteeism, or unsatisfactory performance of the deployed resource
4. .Expected turnaround time for deployment
5. .Confirmation that all applicable statutory compliances, including EPF, ESI, Labour Laws, Professional Tax (where applicable), and other statutory obligations, shall be ensured by your organization
6. .Profiles/CVs of suitable candidates meeting the above eligibility criteria, indicating their current CTC, notice period/availability, and relevant experience
7. .Details of the designated point of contact for further coordination
