Junior Performance Marketer (Meta & Google Ads)

QuentoAI is a performance marketing agency running Meta and Google Ads for clinics (hair transplant, IVF, aesthetics), real estate, and interior design brands across India. We're a small, fast-growing team, and we care about one thing: leads that actually convert into revenue for our clients.

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to take the hands-on campaign work off our plate — setup, research, launching, and day-to-day optimization. We already have the strategy, the playbooks, and the systems. We need a sharp, hungry executor who can run campaigns cleanly under our direction and grow into more over time.

This is not a role where you're left alone to figure everything out. You'll have our SOPs, GTM/tracking blueprints, and the founder's direct support. What we need from you is speed, reliability, and the drive to get better fast.

What you'll do:

• Set up, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns using our processes
• Do audience research, keyword research, and competitor research
• Handle the day-to-day: budgets, monitoring, tweaks, and basic reporting
• Follow our creative and tracking playbooks to keep lead quality high
• Learn our niches deeply and grow into more strategic ownership over time

What we're looking for:

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on Meta and/or Google Ads experience (real accounts, real spend — not just a certification)
• Solid fundamentals: campaign structure, targeting, and basic optimization
• A genuinely fast learner who takes ownership and moves quickly
• Clear communicator, comfortable working remote and independently
• Bonus: exposure to lead-gen niches (clinics, real estate, interiors) or landing pages/tracking (Pixel, GTM)
