Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Junior Production Support Engineer (L2)to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Monitor production systems and ensure application availability and performance
• Handle incident management and perform initial triage and resolution
• Analyze logs to identify issues and support root cause analysis (RCA)
• Work on production issue analysis and coordinate with L2/L3 teams for fixes
• Set up and maintain monitoring/alerting in tools like Geneos, New Relic, Scribe, GCO
• Track and manage tickets using tools like ServiceNow or Jira
• Follow escalation procedures and ensure SLA adherence
• Support deployment validations and post-release monitoring
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must-Have Skills:

• Basic experience in Production Support / Application Support
• Knowledge of incident handling and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with log monitoring and analysis
• Exposure to monitoring tools (Geneos / New Relic / similar tools)
  
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix environments
• Knowledge of SQL for basic queries
• Good communication and coordination skills
