Junior Quality engineer

Salary criteria: 18000 to 25000

Working hours: 08:00 to 05:30

Job duties:

• Perform routine visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor production line operations to ensure adherence to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality benchmarks.
• Document inspection results, maintain accurate quality logs, and assist in compiling daily and weekly statistical quality control reports.
• Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials or defects to the senior quality team to prevent defective goods from reaching clients.
• Assist in conducting root-cause analysis for quality deviations and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

The Junior Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting the quality assurance and control teams by conducting systematic product inspections and monitoring manufacturing processes. You will focus on identifying material defects, maintaining precise documentation, and ensuring that all production outputs consistently meet the company's established technical specifications and compliance standards

Note: Candidate from BE mechanical backgroud can apply, experience in mechanical quality is mandatory (preferred from Flanges or forging industry)
