Role OVerview:
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer retention, revenue growth, renewals, and account expansion while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
- Build strong client relationships and understand customer business objectives.
- Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account revenue.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and customer success.
- Proactively identify account risks and implement retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate account data, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS Sales.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and managing multiple accounts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based products.
- Understanding of customer retention, renewals, and account growth strategies.
