Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce to manage and grow our business across leading Quick Commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing platform relationships, optimizing product listings, executing promotional campaigns, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations to maximize revenue and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Management
- Manage end-to-end relationships with assigned Quick Commerce platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for platform category managers and business partners.
- Lead regular business reviews and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and service-level requirements.
Sales & Business Growth
- Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies.
- Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Drive assortment expansion and improve product visibility across platforms.
Catalogue & Content Management
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, images, and content across all platforms.
- Coordinate new SKU launches and maintain catalogue accuracy.
- Monitor product rankings, search visibility, and assortment performance.
Promotions & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, platform offers, festive sales, and brand days.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Track campaign ROI and recommend improvements for future promotions.
Inventory & Operations
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to maintain stock availability.
- Monitor fill rates, stock-outs, order cancellations, and inventory health.
- Resolve operational issues to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse business performance using sales reports and platform dashboards.
- Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Product teams.
- Support new product launches and business initiatives across Quick Commerce platforms.
- Ensure timely execution of commercial plans and operational activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, or Key Account Management.
- Hands-on experience managing platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart.
- Experience handling Quick Commerce accounts for FMCG, Food, Beverage, or Consumer Goods brands is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong Key Account Management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of Quick Commerce business models and platform operations.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet business targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with tools such as Gobblecube is preferred.
