Job Title: Executive - Landscape Projects

Role Overview

Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Landscape Project Executive to oversee and coordinate landscape projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will manage project activities, coordinate with vendors and clients, monitor quality standards, and ensure timely project completion within budget.

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about landscaping, horticulture, design, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing landscape projects.
• Coordinate softscape and hardscape activities across project sites.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure smooth execution of projects from design to completion.
• Track project progress and address operational challenges proactively.

Client Coordination

• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular project updates and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Vendor & Site Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure quality execution.

Quality & Safety Management

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and operational guidelines.
• Identify and resolve issues related to project quality or delays.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare project reports, presentations, and progress updates.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, and work schedules.
• Use MS Excel and PowerPoint for project tracking and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates from Horticulture, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil, or Landscape-related backgrounds will be preferred.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in:
• Landscape Projects
• Site Coordination
• Interior/Exterior Projects
• Real Estate or Horticulture Projects
