As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our capabilities in Voice AI, Conversational AI, AI Agents, Intelligent Automation, Customer Engagement Platforms, and CPaaS solutions.
We are looking for a hands-on Lead AI Solutions Architect who can work closely with our product and engineering teams to accelerate execution, define architecture, establish engineering best practices, and help build production-ready AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
This is a builder and execution-focused role rather than a strategy consulting role.
Role OverviewThe selected candidate will lead the architecture and implementation of Telemune's AI initiatives, focusing on Voice AI, Conversational AI, AI Agents, and customer engagement solutions.
The ideal candidate should be able to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, guide engineering teams, evaluate technologies, and support delivery from proof-of-concept through production deployment.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Technical Leadership· Define end-to-end architecture for Voice AI, Conversational AI, AI Agents, and Intelligent Automation solutions.
· Design scalable, secure, and production-ready platforms.
· Establish architecture standards, development frameworks, and engineering best practices.
· Review technical designs and guide implementation teams.
Product & Engineering Enablement· Work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to accelerate solution development.
· Guide MVP definition, platform design, and roadmap execution.
· Mentor engineering teams on AI architecture and implementation best practices.
· Support proof-of-concept development, pilot deployments, and production rollouts.
Technology Evaluation· Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
· Assess Build vs Buy vs Partner opportunities.
· Recommend technology stacks, architecture approaches, and integration strategies.
Required Experience· Typically 7–15 years of experience in software products, telecom platforms, customer engagement solutions, CPaaS, contact center technologies, enterprise software, or related domains.
· Proven experience architecting and delivering production-grade AI-powered solutions.
· Demonstrated experience building, launching, or scaling Voice AI, Conversational AI, Contact Center AI, AI Agent, or customer interaction platforms.
· Strong experience leading architecture and implementation of customer-facing platforms.
· Experience working closely with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
We value demonstrated delivery experience and architecture ownership more than a specific number of years.

- Recommend priority use cases and MVP roadmap.
- Identify technology partners, platforms, or frameworks that can accelerate execution.
- Establish a scalable foundation for Telemune's AI competency and solution offerings.
