ARCHITECT:

Must Haves:

• 13+ years in application development and architectural releases of i18n scalable platforms.
• Deep I18N/L10N expertise in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of Unicode, UTF-8, CLDR
• Experience building multi-language, globally scalable platforms
• API-first architecture (REST), microservices, distributed systems
• Enterprise web app experience
• CI/CD + release governance
• Performance & scalability in global deployments

Plusses:

• Global commerce / distribution / supply chain platforms
• ERP / OMS / WMS ecosystem experience
• Accessibility (a11y)
• Large-scale digital transformation exposure

Job Description:

Define and lead I18N architecture for enterprise platforms (4.x release), ensuring global scalability, locale-agnostic design, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end I18N architecture (UI, APIs, services, data)
• Establish I18N standards, patterns, and governance
• Ensure multi-language + locale-aware functionality (currency, date/time, numbers)
• Drive roadmap alignment to prevent localization debt
• Partner across Product, UX, Engineering, QA
• Lead I18N design reviews and testing strategy (SIT/UAT/automation)
• Mitigate risks across releases
• Mentor engineers and enforce architecture standards

Compensation Range:

35-55 Lakhs Per Annum
