AGM/ GM – Architecture (Design Leadership & Coordination)

We are seeking a distinguished architectural professional to join us in a senior leadership capacity, driving design excellence across landmark real estate developments. This role demands a rare blend of design leadership, technical depth, and the ability to orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder environments across the project lifecycle.

This is not merely a coordination role — it is a design stewardship mandate across concept to execution for large-scale, high-value developments.

Profile Expectations

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Real Estate / Architectural Design Consultancy / PMC environments
• B.Arch is mandatory; additional postgraduate qualification (M.Arch / M.Plan / M.Design or equivalent) will be preferred
• Proven exposure to Grade-A commercial high-rise developments, luxury residential projects, villas, townships, and master planning assignments
• Prior association with leading architectural design practices will be highly valued

Core Competencies

We are looking for a professional who brings:

• Deep command over Concept-to-Completion design processes
• Strong working knowledge of Development Control Regulations, NBC, and relevant design codes
• Experience in curating and managing multidisciplinary consultant ecosystems (structural, MEPF, specialist consultants, international design partners)
• Ability to engage and align with Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Communication teams to ensure design intent translates into market positioning
• Exposure to value engineering with design integrity, ensuring optimization without compromise on quality or vision
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capability

Role Mandate

Design Leadership & Coordination (End-to-End)

• Lead and steward design from concept ideation through execution
• Oversee approval drawings, design development, and GFC documentation
• Drive design coordination across consultants and internal stakeholders
• Ensure seamless integration of architectural intent with structural, MEPF, and site execution realities
• Manage design change processes, clash resolution, and site-based design alignment
• Lead design MIS, governance, and reporting frameworks
• Conduct periodic site reviews to ensure design fidelity during execution
• Anchor value engineering initiatives without dilution of design quality

Concept Design Leadership

• Drive conceptual design for upcoming residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Shape design direction aligned with brand positioning and market aspirations

In-House Design Stewardship

• Lead in-house architectural design development where external consultants are not engaged
• Ensure consistency of design quality, detailing, and execution standards across all developments
