Lead Business Analyst
The Lead Business Analyst supports delivery squads by gathering requirements, modelling processes, and aligning stakeholders. They ensure clarity, quality, and traceability of requirements to enable successful delivery, while also contributing to organizational standards and capability building.
- 8-9 years of experience in BA roles, with insurance domain expertise.
- Experience leading workshops and client location experience preferred
- Strong experience in requirements engineering and agile delivery.
- Skilled in process modeling, stakeholder mgmt, and discovery facilitation
- Exposure to one or more core insurance domain areas such as Policy Administration, Product & Onboarding, Technical Accounting & Payments, Output Management, Risk Rating, Finance/Pricing, Claims, First Notice of Loss (FNOL), and Recoveries.
- Knowledge of ABS, BMP, Guidewire, or equivalent platforms.
- Skilled in Jira, Confluence, Visio, BPMN.
